Benjamin Glass (b. 2000) is an interdisciplinary new media artist committed to the development of speculative libidinal technologies. Benjamin’s work utilizes appropriation, satire, fabulation and the spectacle to create facetious constellations of meaning. Benjamin combines his background in sculptural practices and emergent technology with a dedication to critical research. His research based practice examines the intersections of post modern philosophy, cybernetics, mysticism, and sexuality, exploring how critical and psycho-social forces shape modernity, desire and excess.

He holds an MFA in art and technology from the School of the Art Institute Chicago. His art work has been shown at Ars Electronica, Chicago Art Expo, Weatherproof Gallery and his design work has been featured in the London design festival, GEM Art and design festival Paris, and the China iGEMer Community & Synbiopunk Conference
